respect your privacy, your email address, and the information you give us. We’re not going to sell it, trade it, or abuse any information you submit to us. And that’s a promise.

1) How will my information be used?

When you place an order on athletesaudio.com, you’ll receive emails with stuff about Athletes Audio. This might include login details to your purchase, notifications when new recordings are available and helpful support from our Customer Service team to help you get the best out of your training programs. We might also send you information about programs or products related to sports performance and athlete development that we think might be useful for you (but we don’t have any of that in the works for now).  Occasionally, we’ll ask you to let us know how we’re doing, too…with a request to fill out a survey or like us on Facebook or Google +.

2) How do I stop receiving emails from you in the future?

If you wish to stop receiving emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided at the bottom of all our emails. If you’ve unsubscribed but are still getting emails from us (which shouldn’t happen), ping an email to our lovely Customer Support Team at bob@athletesaudio.com and they’ll manually take you off the list.

3) Who’s going to get my information?

Your information is 100% safe with us. And by ‘us’ we mean the Athletes Audio team working with our company. We’ll never give out your email address or any of the information you submit on this site to anyone else. In the occasion that you were referred to us by one of our partner Sport Psychology professionals, NCAA Universities, or other institutions, it’s possible that we’ll share information with them about how you’re using the app.

4) Do you use data tracking?

Yes, we collect and store information that is generated automatically as you navigate online through the site athletesaudio.com, and athletesaudio.com/mobile. As an example, we may collect info about your computer or smartphone’s connection to the internet, which allows us (among other things) to improve the delivery of our web pages to you and to measure traffic on the site. We use a standard feature found in browser software called a “cookie” to enhance your experience with the site.
